Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking a WS02 API Developer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote.

Client Industry: Healthcare

Duration: Until 12/31/2025, Contract to Hire preferred.
Location: Fully Remote (CST)

Purpose:

Client's recent alliance with CaptialRx requires work in 2024 to integrate with CaptialRx JUDI platform for claims adjudication. In order to focus on JUDI integration, the Clinical Review team requires additional staff to assist with existing roadmap work. The additional developers may also support some JUDI integration efforts.

Clinical Review Product Teams are working towards the following objectives: All Clinical teams: PA Automation including
No touch
Client and workflow enhancements
(legacy) Claim Integration
(new) JUDI/CapitalRx Integration
Sunset of legacy Clinical application
Compliance and Client demands
Pega Infinity 24 upgrade
NCPDP ePA API
Focus on APIs supporting Clinical Services


Daily Responsibilities/ Job Description: Reviewing and recommending design solutions to meet business and operational value.
Partnering with other engineers for code reviews and recommendations.
Needs to work in partnership with existing Tech Lead: ability to step-in for and support the existing Tech Lead as needed and based on Product Team demands.
Proactive and active daily engagement with Product team during sprint ceremonies and as needed outside of meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions.
Work with Product Owners and Analysts to vet and ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria and align with design solutions.
Ensure on-time story delivery within 2-week sprint cycles, included Unit Testing is complete prior to QA.
Partner with QA staff as they implement automated test scripts.


Required Basic Qualifications 5+ years designing and developing APIs.
Java/Spring/Spring Boot
GitHub/Jenkins/Groovy
XSD/WSDL/JSON Schema
API Management & Integration frameworks - WSO2 or similar (preferred, but not required)

Ability to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutions.
Ability to develop unbiased options and recommendations to technical problems and unbiased comparisons.

Able to explain technical work in a way that non-technical team members (Product Owners, Scrum Master) can understand.
Team player: volunteers to assist others, seeks additional work or supports teams if sprint stories complete early.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $55- $65
