Job Description:
CSR/Inside Sales!! Immediate need. This position will be in the
technical inside sales department. Our client is a designer and
maker of electronic high density connectors. Majority of their
customers are in higher end industries. Thus, they have pretty
strict standards to meet. They've been around for 30 years and are
looking to add some great team members to their inside sales

Duties: Sell products to independent manufacturer reps nationally.
They will be assigned to a territory. The customers and reps from
that territory will call or email in. They will process all types
of domestic and international customer inquiries, such as taking
orders, entering data, requests for pricing, samples, literature,
drawings, order status, expedites, complaints, and other general
sales and customer service functions as required. Receive orders
from customers and process them according to established
procedures.
Account for changes to existing orders using memos and other
acceptable procedures. Respond to customer requests for pricing and
delivery. Work up prices on computer generated templates and/or
quote previously established pricing from data base.
Requirements:
?Higher education, industrial or electronic industry inside sales
and customer interaction preferred. Ideal experience includes
working with independent sales reps.
?Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Access and TCM, or equivalent.
?Effective written and verbal communications skills.
?A positive attitude, high level of motivation and excellent
ability to interact with others in a team environment. We are an
