The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function





REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

5+ years of HR Generalist experience.

+2 years of experience leading people or the people function.



Preferred Skills/Qualifications

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Prior labor relations experience preferred.

Prior experience as top HR official in a plant/facility is preferred.

Strong foundation in all HR areas - recruiting & hiring, ER, LR, benefits, compensation, performance management, policy administration, training, and organizational development.

Experience with employee orientation and training.

Must possess safety & employee engagement acumen.

Experience in HRIS administration, UKG or Success Factor experience a plus.

Highly adaptive, change management skills.
