Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design and
people priorities
Lead change management initiatives and develop effective strategies
for talent management
Assess leadership effectiveness and provide coaching to improve
team performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
AND 10+ years of HR experience, or equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND
8+ years of HR experience, or equivalent experience
Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM,
CIPD) preferred
4+ years of experience partnering with clients across HR to deliver
business solutions
Experience in strategic talent management and organizational
diagnostics
